Three, four, five, six years old... Pretty big range when you think about actual child development
2🍯 Do You Pet Regress As Well / What Animal
Nope!!! It sounds fun, but there aren't any animals that fit. Can Adri be an angel regressor instead?? Lol. Butterflies, teddies, and duckies are good, too... The last one is best for following daddy around. (Waddle waddle...)
3🥮 How Long Have You Been Regressing
Since Adri really was three! Apparently that was already too stressful, so she'd draw herself as a little baby. Regression is very common in young children btw, nothing to worry about. Maybe the older you get, the weirder it is, but Adri knows that no matter how old you are, everybody needs to feel safe, comfy, and loved.
4🐌 Is Your Regression Voluntary, Involuntary, Or A Mixture
Involuntary, automatic... Adri is always a bit small because of mental health thingies and her comfort habits (thumbsucking, cuddling) are very infantile. Too much stress makes her scared and cranky and Small In The Bad Way, so daddy has to make it all better...
5🐻 What's Your Personality Like When Regressed
Uhh... are you guys changing that much??? Adri is always the same person, except maybe chattier and more desperate to connect with others. (Same effect as alcohol tbh)
6🐴 How Often Do You Regress
Everyday! Anytime Adri needs something physical (food, water, potty, stretch, sleep) or there's a big, big emotion, it's like a little baby suddenly starts crying inside, just to make her whole body pay attention. Then Daddy takes care of everything and fills Adri up with all the love in the world... It feels so good ♥
7☕ What Helps You Get Into Headspace
Snuggling up with a weighted blanket, watching kiddie shows, listening to soft music, collecting cute pics on p*nterest, talking with daddy and looking at him and loving him... Being out in nature, too. Adri remembers going crazy small over ginkgo leaves one time. Clouds and flowers and trees and water are soooo so pretty.
8📜 Are You A Baby, Toddler, Or Big Kid Regressor
Toddler!!!! But Adri kinda slides around depending on her energy level. Big kid = lots of energy, playing independently, daddy gets a break. That's how it is most days tbh. Toddler = suddenly fussy and needing care, "daddy help!!!" And then he does help and we get back to stability, even if Adri still feels small. Babymode = distress (physical and/or emotional) so intense we need the whole day off.... Adri doesn't like being that way, but it's easier now that she knows how to take care of herself. When she chooses the baby life before everything explodes, it's way more fun!!!
9🦇 Do Your Likes Change When Regressed
Ummm no. Adri is always the same person.... Maybe she wouldn't want to watch "boring" or scary things, or listen to edgy music, though. Stuff like that shocks you out of littlespace.
10⏳ Do You Have A Baby Voice In Headspace
Sadly... yes. Expectation = slur and lisp from careless thumbsucking, but still coherent and normal. Reality = high pitched voice and babbling, brain has obviously turned to mush. It's embarrassing!
11🍪 What Makes You Instantly Small
Soft, gentle attention from trusted people (or online strangers tbh). Petnames and praise are the best. Years ago, an anonymous person complimented Adri's fanfiction— "you did very well baby—" and she is still thinking about it to this day.
12🧋Why Do You Regress
Because of the too-deep, too-early pain of being hurt and ignored, some parts of Adri just never grew up. But it's okay to have this vulnerability. The more tender it is, the more blissful it feels to be soothed and loved. Besides that... Adri just has a youthful personality. #BornThisWay lol.

Pretend/roleplaying games are the best! We can pretend to live in the Pokemon world... Restaurant is fun too, whether it's just toy food or real mud pies. For lunch, we have grilled cheese and cherry tomatoes and we watch something really funny on the TV...

Ohh... both can be fun. Sleeping alone in a crib might be sad, but think of how happy you'll be when daddy comes to get you!!!! So it's okay if it's only sometimes, like for naps or days when our schedules don't match. Otherwise, Adri wants to sleep together with daddy every night hehe.

Pacifiers in the right shape, color, and size. Some onesies with crotch snaps. Homemade cotton cloth diapers with bamboo inserts and snap buttons. A cute changing mat. Pacifier clips. Baby bottles and sippy cups. Kid's cutlery but made of metal/stainless steel this time because Adri already has silicone spoons. More stuffed animals that are soft and easy to clean. Storybooks.
